Get to Know Us

Marty Tendler a Building Remodeler/ Builder started his career 50 years ago.  Started renovation work in Manhattan doing apartments that were turning into Co-op’s. They did Demo, Framing, Electrical, Plumping, Insulation, Plaster/Sheetrock, Tile, Painting, Cabinetry Building, Countertop Lamination. He learned Upholstery, he learned HVAC and got his Recovery license for Freon's. And much more. 
 

During this time while living in New Jersey His building /renovation Flourished.
He also raised a small family. A Son and Two daughters.
 

Jason Tendler  learned his dad’s business staring at a very young age.
When he went off to college, he decided he wanted to be a Contractor Like his father.

But unlike his father who didn’t in those day’s need any licenses to do business in New Jersey, Florida was a different story. Jason Passed his test and became a Florida Contractor. 
 

He then did his first joint venture with a New York investor. His responsibilities were more than just being the talent in the relationship. He was required to purchase the 20 + property’s, Architects Plans, and contract the needed trades and oversea there performance.
 

He had experience in his teenage years working with a close family friend on his Garbage trucks and delivering Dumpsters. That he decided to open,

“All American Junk Removal, Inc”  
 

So when his father decided to move to Florida and Retire after his next Project ,

the 

“Ocean Isle Fishing Village”

    Marathon , Florida. 
 

So the project ended and his Dad decided, he’s to good at this Building/Remodeling thing to retire . He needs to work with his son Jason ,and his 4 sons (If They Choose) to be the best at these trades as they can possible be.
 

They Both believe , There’s never a job to small. 
 

And Marty’s long time saying,
